Music -2

He’s doing that doowop thing he does in a couple songs, which I’m a fan of (because I like doo wop). But it’s definitely a little boring musically, and as a song overall. Catchy though. Fadeout I hate. Giving it a two because it’s a mixed bag. It’ll score highly under good because I like it.

Poetry – 2

It’s not poetic, it’s very literal. There’s one moment that I quote in change, that I like, but overall it’s a pretty straightforward song.

Change – 1

This is a one for sure, it’s the same throughout. There is this part:

“Everybody’s making believe that they know
All of the intimate things
That we ever might have said

In the heat of a passionate moment
In a conversation shared
For the ears of nobody else
There are some things they will never hear
There are secrets I’ll never tell”

where it’s a little different, but not enough to give it anything other than a one. I do like that part though.

Insight – 3

It’s a pretty unique song. I can only think of one other song I’ve ever heard that’s on the same premise, so I’ll give it a three. And I would turn to it if I was in this situation.

Good – 3

I personally really like this song, but I can’t give it a four because I wouldn’t show it to people.
